PUNCTUALITY
It goes without saying that translations are almost always the last thing that the client needs done before a piece of work is sent out, but it is a fact of life that the time available is directly proportional to the quality of the work. Either way, we always try to be as flexible as possible in terms of the time needed to carry out any given translation, but the more time we have, the higher the quality we can provide.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All materials and information supplied to Techlingua will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. To be sure of this we require all our translators to sign a confidentiality agreement.
ARCHIVING
All translated documents are stored for at least one year. If during this period and for whatever reason you were to need an additional copy of the document by email, there will be no additional charge.
